Plavi Čelik is an Android application that enables fast and easy reading of Serbian electronic ID cards using a smart card reader.

Technical Requirements
Operating System: Android 7.0 (Nougat) or newer version
Hardware: Compatible smart card reader with USB connection.
List of compatible readers:
- All readers based on Alcor Micro chip
How Does It Work?
1. Connect the Reader
Connect the smart card reader to your Android device via USB connection.
2. Insert the Document
Insert the ID card into the reader. The application will automatically read it.
3. Save the Data to PDF
Press the "Save to PDF" button to save the data in PDF format.
Get a Reader
To use the application, you need a compatible USB smart card reader. You can get one from our partners:
